Autumn Appeal 2020

In Good Times and Bad, ICS ministry continues. We face huge challenges yes, but we adapt, innovate, fail at times, pick ourselves up and continue, confident that God still reigns and is not taken by surprise by Covid-19 and its impact. However, we are only able to carry on doing what we do because of the loyal, sacrificial support from our members and friends.

A Beacon of Hope in Bangkok

Andy and Nicky moved to Bangkok in August 2020 to lead Christchurch (CCB) in the heart of the city. Bangkok is the capital of Thailand with a population of over 8 million in the Chao Phraya river delta in central Thailand. It is a fast growing Asian mega-city, an international hub for business, commerce, and transport.

Letter from Izmir

During the pandemic, the congregation in Izmir has stayed together on Zoom, as many communities around the world have done. The Roman Catholic churches, and the Orthodox church in Izmir returned to their buildings in the last two to three weeks. St. John the Evangelist, Izmir hopes to ‘return’ on Sunday 5 July.
