Chris was in full-time parish ministry for thirty years until 2015, following fourteen years in secondary teaching, mainly music but RE and English as well.  All that ministry was in Peterborough Diocese with experience of both rural and urban parishes.  Now retired, he is licensed as Assistant Priest to his home parish, a local ecumenical partnership in Northampton, as well as holding the diocesan responsibility as a bishop’s chaplain to retired clergy and clergy widows.  Although professionally trained, music is now a great hobby; mainly choral singing.  Married to Jo (also a musician), he has four children and two grandchildren.  He has been serving ICS in Swiss resorts since 2003.
