Smiles all around in Ibiza

The church in Ibiza and Formentera were left smiling when their most recent locum left!

However, this had nothing to do with their departure, rather the decision to celebrate both Mothering Sunday and Spanish Mother’s Day (4 May) together this year. All the ladies were given flowers that brought out smiles, as you can see on the photo below!

The church said ‘thank you and goodbye’ to Canon Ian, and his wife Melanie, Greenhalgh, who were with them from Palm Sunday until this past Sunday; they were some amazing 4 weeks!
